We are interested in young, talented and ambitious students looking to gain experience in a professional investment setting. If you are in economics, finance or a related field and are interested in finding out if you have what it takes, we welcome your educational experience and energy in our student program. We offer three opportunities for students: practical university experience, an internship and employment.
- Practical university experience is free of charge work by a student for a period of one month to develop skills in a hands-on business environment and strengthen the theoretical basis from the university. The schedule depends on what is setup by the student’s university. An agreement is concluded between the university and our company.
- Internship is performed by a student for a period of one to six months, which can be paid or unpaid (depends on an agreement between the student and our company). After the internship, a decision is made whether the student will be offered a permanent employment opportunity with our company. If not, the student will be eligible to receive recommendations from their internship supervisor at Concorde Capital.
- Employment involves Concorde Capital hiring the candidate-student after they pass all stages of job interviews, with a probation period.
We build leaders - many of our past interns and student-employees have gone on to earn full-time positions in our team.
