Concorde Consulting, a part of the Concorde Capital group of companies, selected investment adviser for four state-owned enterprises part of "big privatization"

The State Property Fund of Ukraine revealed the results of a competition to select advisers for the "big privatization" of state-owned enterprises in accordance with the new law. Concorde Consulting, a part of the Concorde Capital group of companies, was selected as the investment adivser for the privatization of four enterprises: PrJSC “Kherson CHP”, PrJSC “Dniprovska CHP”, PJSC “Kryviy Rig CHP” and SOE "Sievierodonetsk CHP".

About the enterprises:

Kryviy Rig Central Heating Plant – an enterprise that produces, transports and supplies thermal energy in the city of Kryviy Rih. The general power capacity of its boilers is 1,406 GCal per hour. It also supports 88 km of main lines and 294 km of secondary lines in its heating network. In 2017, the enterprise produced 889,000 GCal of heat.

Kherson Combined Heat and Power Plant – an enterprise with combined thermal and electrical production with electricity capacity of 80 MW and heating capacity of 350 Gcal per hour, supplying the city of Kherson. Last year, the company produced 88 mln kW per hour of electricity and 284K of GCal of heating.

Sievierodonetsk Combined Heat and Power Plant – a combined producer of thermal and electrical energy with electricity capacity of 260 MW and heating capacity of 600 GCal per hour, supplying the city of Severodonetsk. Last year, the company produced 91 mln KW per hour of electricity and 214K GCal of heating.

Dniprovska Combined Heat and Power Plant – producer of thermal and electrical energy with electricity capacity of 61.6 MW and thermal capacity of 500 Gcal per hour. Last year, the company produced 75 mln KW per hour of electricity and 302,000 GCal of heating.

 

The share of the four enterprises in Ukraine's total centralized heating production in 2017 was 7.7%, while their share in electricity production was 0.2%, according to the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine.
