Kyiv-based Concorde Capital and its partners have sold their 72% stake in Zeleny Park LLC, a containerboard producer located in Iziaslav, Khmelnytsky Oblast. The deal was closed on 28 April 2021, with financial details not disclosed.

“Jointly with our partners, we built the most cutting-edge plant capable of producing 200 tonnes of containerboard a day from waste paper, launched production, and then found an investor who would develop the company. This approach lies at the core of the investment business," Concorde Capital CEO Igor Mazepa commented on the deal.

Completed in 2020, the plant can produce 60,000 tonnes of containerboard annually and has a potential market share of 9%.
