90% of XXI Century bondholders OK restructuring plan

In a press-release yesterday, XXI Century Investments (XXIC LN) announced that 90% of the holders of its USD 175 mln 10% guaranteed secured notes have submitted instructions to vote in favor of the amendments to the terms and conditions of the notes. To be approved, the proposed amendments require a majority vote of 75% of the votes cast at the meeting. The meeting will take place on July 3, 2009.
