Ferrexpo declares DPS of USc 6.6

The board of Ukraine’s largest iron ore pellet
exporter Ferrexpo (FXPO LN) has declared a USD 0.066 per share special interim
dividend, according to a Jan. 2 company release.

The dividend will be paid on Jan. 17, and the record
date for this dividend will be Jan. 10, the release said. This is the second
dividend installment for the 2019 financial year so far, with cumulative
dividends amounting to USc 13.2 per share (about USD 80 mln). The first
installment, also USc 6.6 per share, was an ordinary interim dividend declared
in August.

Ferrexpo’s board will consider the final dividend for
the 2019 financial year ahead of the Group’s full year results announcement on
Mar. 18, 2020, according to the release.

Dmytro Khoroshun: It is possible that the total amount of Ferrexpo dividends for 2019
will be as large as that for 2018, USc 23.1 per share, if the final ordinary
and special dividends amount to at least USc 9.9 per share.
