Industrial Milk Company increases landbank by 29%

Industrial Milk Company (IMC PW) announced yesterday it acquired two farming enterprises with a total landbank of 18.5 ths ha. One of the enterprises controls 12.5 ths ha and is located close to one of the company’s existing clusters in Sumy region and possesses 80 kt grain storage facility. The second is a 6.0 ths ha farming company located in Poltava region close to another of IMC’s production clusters. Following the acquisitions, the company’s total landbank will stand at 82.7 ths ha (+29%) and storage facilities at 303 kt. The value of the deal was not disclosed.
