Coal Energy increases output by 66% y-o-y in August

Coal Energy SA (WSE: CLE PW, N/R) boosted its overall output by 65.7% y-o-y in August, according to a production update released yesterday. The company produced 105.8 ths mt of thermal coal (+109.6% y-o-y), 24.0 ths mt of coking and dual-purpose coal (+10.0% y-o-y), and 17.4 ths mt of saleable coal recovered from waste dumps (+5.3% y-o-y). Overall, output was up 0.4% m-o-m in August.
