DUPD’s NAV decreases by 1% since December

DUPD’s (AIM: DUPD LN) NAV as of June 30, 2011 stood at USD 292.8 mln vs. USD 295.8 mln as of December 31, 2010, the company reported yesterday in a press release. During 1H11, three existing shopping centers of Henryland Group Limited operated for the entire period for the first time, which increased total revenues to over USD 1.9 mln and net income to USD 1.6 mln. Since the beginning of the year, DUPD sold five more estates in Green Hills and three estates in Riviera Villas, bringing the total number of sales in the communities to 25 and six, respectively.
