Kulczyk’s gas production increases 70% q-o-q in 2Q11

Kulczyk Oil Ventures (WSE: KOV PW) increased daily gas production in Ukraine by 70% q-o-q to 10.7 MMcf per day in 2Q11 thanks to launching the Makeevskaya-19 well, the company reported on its website yesterday. The Makeevskaya-19 well currently contributes 5.5 MMcf of gas per day but is expected to stabilize at 4 MMcf. Average gas price was USD 9 per Mcf in 2Q11, +12% q-o-q.
