Galnaftogaz expands operations to Eastern Ukraine

Galnaftogaz (UX: GLNG UK) opened two new filling stations in Eastern Ukraine raising its total amount of stations to 320, according to the company’s announcement. The company has previously announced its plans to open 30-40 new filling stations during 2011. Antonina Davydenko: the news confirms Galnaftogaz’ previous plans to expand operations to the east of the country where the company was not yet represented. Galnaftogaz has recently received financing packages from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (USD 110 mln) and the International Finance Corporation (USD 80 mln) to finance its development program and refinance its debt.
