Continental Farmers Group (LSE: 9120558Z LN) placed 163.5 mln ordinary shares on the Alternative Investment Market with and on the Dublin Stock Exchange raising EUR 16.7 mln (Mcap of EUR 42.7 mln). Continental is a diversified agricultural producer growing oil seed, rapeseed, sugar beet, potatoes, wheat, and maize Currently the Group cultivates approx. 18.4 ths ha of land in Western Ukraine and Northern Poland. CFG’s strategy is to increase its land bank in Ukraine to over 50 ths ha within 5 years.
