Kernel schedules an EGM to authorize its SPO

Kernel (WSE: KER PW) scheduled a shareholder meeting for July 21 to approve an additional 5.4 mln shares placement, according to the company’s announcement on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.  While the June 15th EGM did not take place due to lack of quorum there are no quorum requirements for the upcoming meeting according to the company. Kernel also suggested its shareholders authorize the board to issue 1,583 ths of new shares, approximately 2% of the total shares outstanding, to fulfill its stock option obligations.
