KSG to acquire meat processing plant and farm with 9.7 ths ha of land

Ukraine’s Antimonopoly Committee allowed KSG Аgro (WSE: KSG PW) to acquire 99.9% of the Dnipro Meat Processing Plant and 99.9% of Agro LLC, which controls 100% of Vidrodzhennya LLC, both in Dnepropetrovsk region. According to KSG, Vidrodzhennya controls 9.7 ths ha of land, a swine barn for 6 ths heads and a grain warehouse capable of storing 16 ths mt. The acquisition boosts KSG Agro’s land bank to 52.9 ths ha. Dnipro Meat Processing Plant has a monthly production capacity of 400 mt of sausage.
