KSG Agro aims to raise USD 44 mln from 33% stake IPO

KSG Agro, an agricultural company with a land bank of 33 ths ha and 30 ths mt of storage in central Ukraine, plans to raise USD 44 mln from a floating of 33% stake on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, according to Interfax yesterday. Bookbuilding is reportedly open until April 13-14 with listing taking place around May 5.
