Kyivenergo (UX: KIEN UK) will pay 30% of its UAH 157.3 mln in net income for 2010 as dividends, according to a decision approved by shareholders at an annual general meeting yesterday. The payout will amount to UAH 0.436 per share, yield of 3.1%. Yegor Samusenko: This payout comes within the wider state policy to pay out 30% of net income for 2010 as dividends at all companies where the state is a majority shareholder (the state holds 50%+1 of Kyivenergo). Though this payout is a record high for the company, we do not see earnings stability as the current tariff system for Kyivenergo is far from clear and stable in long-term.
