Ferrexpo prices debut USD 500 mln Eurobond at 7.875%

Ferrexpo announced on Friday in an RNS release that it priced its debut USD 500 mln Eurobond at par with a 7.875% coupon. Settlement date is April 7, 2011 with maturity on April 7, 2016. The bonds are rated B, B+ and B3 by Fitch, S&P and Moody’s, respectively. The bonds are to be listed on the London Stock Exchange on or around April 7. Ferrexpo is a Swiss-headquartered iron ore company with assets in Ukraine; its shares are listed on the LSE.
