The Cabinet of Ministers yesterday in a decree prolonged grain export quotas for three months until June 30, 2011, increasing only the quota for corn export by 2 mln mt from 3 mln mt. The quotas were introduced in October 2010 following a drought that negatively impacted the harvest; the quotas were amended in December 2010. The quota for corn export was 3 mln mt, for wheat export – 1 mln mt and for barley – 0.2 mln mt.
