Bogdan Corporation restructures another USD 30 mln of debt

Bogdan Corporation, which includes Bogdan Motors (UX: LUAZ UK), restructured USD 30 mln in outstanding debt with Prominvestbank, Kommersant Ukraine reported this morning. The debt will be prolonged and interest rate increased, though exact details were not announced.
