Yesterday the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine allowed Ukrgazvydobuvannya, a production and extraction subsidiary of Naftogaz, to acquire 84 filling stations thus increasing its total number to 94. According to a source in Ukrgazvydobuvannya, Kalyna filling station network will constitute the major part of the acquisition. The newly created network will sell the products of Shebelynsky refinery controlled by Ukrgazvydobuvannya. The purchase of the network is another step in creating a vertically integrated state controlled oil company.
