KDD Group signs Sky Towers management deal with Swiss?tel

KDD Group (AIM: KDDG LN) announced this morning that it signed a management agreement with Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts for its Sky Towers project. The Swissôtel Kyiv will be a mixed use development with 513 rooms, 14 serviced residences, a conference center and recreation facilities; it will be the first that Swissôtel has opened in Ukraine. The hotel is expected to open in time to host guests visiting Ukraine for the 2012 UEFA Football Championships in June 2012.
