Motor Sich targets 25% growth in copter engine sales in 2010

Motor Sich (UX: MSICH UK) plans to increase its sales of helicopter engines by 25% yoy in 2010 (total output growth targeted at 15%), CEO Vyacheslav Boguslayev said yesterday, according to Interfax. According to Boguslayev, helicopter engines account for 40% of total output. Yegor Samusenko: This target is in line with our forecasts. We forecast USD 555 mln in sales in 2010 from Motor Sich, USD 215 mln of which from helicopter engine orders. The company currently trades at 6.2 EV/EBITDA `11E which is line with its peer median.
