Zakarpatoblenergo to make UAH 289 mln dividend payout

Zakarpatoblenergo (UX: ZOEN UK) shareholders voted at an AGM yesterday to pay out 30% of 2009 net income as dividends, UAH 288.9 mln. Shareholders approved directing 65% of net income into development and 5% into the company’s reserve fund. The dividend implies DPS of UAH 0.0016, and a dividend yield of 0.04%.
