Mykolaivoblenergo to make UAH 774 ths dividend payout

Mykolaivoblenergo (UX: MOEN UK) shareholders, at an AGM on yesterday, approved paying out 15% of 2009 profit, UAH 773.7 ths, as dividends, Interfax said. The company will direct 80% of profits (UAH 4.1 mln) into development and 5% (UAH 257.9 ths) into its reserve fund. The terms imply DPS of UAH 0.005, and a dividend yield of 0.1%.
