KDD’s portfolio valued at USD 461.4 mln as of December

KDD Group (LSE: KDDG LN) announced today the valuation of its projects by Colliers International as of December 31, 2009. Colliers said the NAV of its portfolio came to USD 461.4 mln, vs. USD 261.5 mln in December 2008. KDD said the factors underpinning the increase were progress on its Sky Towers project (value increased from USD 89.0 mln to USD 166.2 mln), the inclusion of its Metro City and Kureni projects (total combined value of USD 118.7 mln), and improved expectations of the Ukrainian real estate market’s development.
