Kolomoyskiy dumps stake in Ferrexpo

Ferrexpo (LSE: FXPO LN) reported yesterday via the Regulatory News Service, that Ukrainian businessman Igor Kolomoyskiy, a Privatbank shareholder, sold his stake in the company to Fayver Properties Inc, which is controlled by fellow Privatbank shareholder Gennadiy Bogolyubov. As a result of the transaction, Fayver holds 3.4358% of Ferrexpo (20,224,126 shares).
