TMM launches Carat residential complex in Kharkiv

TMM (FSE: TR61 GR) put into operation its Carat premium-class residential complex in Kharkiv last week, the company said in a press release on Friday. Total investments into the project came to UAH 29.5 mln. As of the date the project was launched, 30% of residential area was pre-sold. The Carat complex’s GBA is 6.1 ths m2; it has 4.2 ths m2 in residential area and 664 m2 in commercial area.
