TMM's property sales up 24% yoy in November

TMM (TR61 GR) said in a sales update yesterday that its total cash receipts from the sale of properties came to UAH 33.7 mln, up 24% yoy. The company’s November sales exceeded its monthly average sales volume in 2009 by 1.7x. Sales of projects in Kyiv made up 76% of the total and Kharkiv – 24%. Sales from completed projects amounted to 70% of sales; pre-sales – 30%.
