Kernel majority shareholder sells 5.08% stake

Kernel Group (KER PW) majority shareholder Namsen Limited, 100% owned by businessman Andriy Verevskiy, sold a 5.08% stake (3.5 mln shares) in Kernel, the latter announced yesterday. The deal was concluded on November 19. The transaction price was not disclosed.
