Turboatom (TATM) said that during a recent visit by a delegation to India, it agreed to complete projects at the Kaiga and Rapp nuclear power plants by early 2010, Interfax reported yesterday. Turboatom plans to send specialists to work with India’s National Nuclear Power Corporation at the plants beginning this month.
