Aisi receives portion of EBRD funds for Brovary Terminal

Aisi Realty (AISI LN) announced yesterday in a press release that it received the first disbursal of funds from an European Bank for Reconstruction and Development loan facility. The company said it expects to receive USD 16 mln in 2009 from the loan of the up to USD 34.4 mln loan facility, agreed to in January 2009. Aisi plans to use the proceeds to complete the final construction phase of its Brovary Logistics Park; the project is on schedule for occupancy in early 2010.
