Cabinet sets aside UAH 102.5 mln for aviation industry

The Cabinet of Ministers issued an order on September 9, which became public yesterday, to allocate UAH 102.5 mln from the stabilization fund for the aviation industry. In particular, the order sets aside funds to create a prototype An-200, an An-148 training aircraft, and to extend the service life of the An-148. Yegor Samusenko: This is one of the first actions by the government to back up its recent talks about supporting the renewal of the domestic aircraft industry. All the Antonov airplanes use engines produced by Motor Sich (MSICH).
