Dniproenergo to take out UAH 70 mln loan

1 September 2009

Dniproenergo (DNEN) is planning to attract a one-year UAH 70 mln credit line, according to an announcement yesterday by the Ministry of Economy. The company is accepting bids until September 29 from banks to provide the loan facility. Yegor Samusenko: According to procedures, the company has to choose loan providers via open tenders announced month before the actual selection. We see this loan as a way to increase liquidity and refinance old credit lines, with no impact on the stock price.
