Gov't expects 75% of Naftogaz bondholders to OK restructuring

Acting Finance Minister Ihor Umanskiy said yesterday that he expects 75% of Naftogaz of Ukraine Eurobond holders to approve of the proposed restructuring terms, Interfax reported. Last week Oleh Dubina, the head of the administration of Naftogaz, said that the company was planning to reveal its plans to restructure the company’s USD 500 mln Eurobonds, which mature next month, in the coming weeks.
