NBU could permanently ban the early withdrawal of term deposits

The National Bank of Ukraine is planning to introduce a permanent ban on the early withdrawal of bank term deposits, according to a draft regulation posted on the NBU’s website. Mykyta Mykhaylychenko: This news might further eat into confidence in the banking system and therefore might hinder further recovery by Ukrainian banks.
