S&P affirms Kyiv’s rating at ‘CCC+’

Standard & Poor’s, in a statement released yesterday, said that it confirmed the city of Kyiv’s long-term credit rating and unsecured debt rating at ‘CCC+’ with a negative outlook. S&P said the action reflects the Ukrainian capital’s high risk debt, low liquidity and deteriorating financial performance.
