Tymoshenko heads up talks to fill underground gas facilities

At a press conference yesterday, Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said she was conducting negotiations for a loan that would allow Ukraine to fill its underground gas storage facilities, according to RBK-Ukraine. Tymoshenko said talks were underway with the European Commission, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Investment Bank and Gazprom.
