Public debt increases 8.3% mom in June

The Finance Ministry said yesterday that Ukraine’s public debt rose 8.3% mom to USD 28.68 bln in June. Year-to-date growth was 16.6%. Andrii Parkhomenko: We expect that by yearend Ukraine’s public debt will hit USD 39.9 bln, provided that the IMF will disburse the standby loan funds scheduled for the rest of this year (USD 7.2 bln).
