8 July 2009

XXI Century (XXIC LN) shareholders, at an EGM on July 7, approved all resolutions necessary to facilitate restructuring of the company’s USD 175 mln Eurobonds due in 2010. The plan envisions the repayment of the issue in five tranches on every November 24 from 2010 to 2014. The EGM’s decision follows the company’s receipt of the consent of noteholders, by means of an extraordinary resolution, during a meeting on July 3, to the plan.
