MHP plans 39% land bank increase by 2011

According to the Mironivskiy Hliboproduct (MHPC LI) CEO Yuriy Kosiuk, the company plans to increase its land bank by 39% to 250 ths ha by 2011. He also added that MHP aims to capture 10% of Ukrainian sunflower-seed processing industry in 5-7 years, and 20-25% of the local sausage market in 5 years. According to the CEO, the company also plans to start exports of processed poultry and semi-finished products to Germany and France, provided the EU gives the export permission to MHP.
