Bank Forum to increase charter fund by UAH 1 bln

Bank Forum (FORM) said yesterday that it planned to increase its charter fund by UAH 1.1 bln to UAH 3.4 bln, Ukrainian News reported. The bank’s shareholders are due to take up consideration of the issue at an AGM on August 19.
