Bogdan expects to cut automobile production 5.5x yoy in 2009

Bogdan Corporation President Oleg Svinarchuk said yesterday at a press conference that he expects the company to decrease automobile production at its Cherkasy plant by about 5.5x yoy in 2009 (the plant manufactured over 88.3 ths automobiles in 2008), Interfax reported. The company unveiled plans to build 124 ths automobiles a year by 2015 (62 ths of which will be Hyundai and Lada models).
