TMM says it will finish Aviator project in 4Q09

TMM Real Estate Development (TR61 GR), in an announcement on its website, said it planned to complete construction of its Aviator economy-class residential complex in Kyiv in 4Q09. TMM said that so far it has presold 35% of the living space in the building at a rate of UAH 10.9-12.0 ths per m2. Construction on the project began in 2007. The Aviator project consists of two 22-story residential sections with a total area of 36.7 ths m2. The housing complex includes underground parking.
