Regal Petroleum raises USD 104.7 mln via SPO

Regal Petroleum (RPT LN) said on Friday in a press release that it raised GBP 63.4 mln (USD 104.7 mln) via a secondary public offering of shares. The company sold 104 mln new ordinary shares at 5 pence each in the capital of the company with institutional investors at 61 pence per share. The company said the placement represented about 49.1% of issued share capital prior to the placement.
