Poltava Iron Ore to order 110 railcars in 2009 from SVGZ?

Ukrainian News reported that Poltava Iron Ore (PGOK) intends to order up to 110 railcars in 2009. The company did not disclose its supplier, but its most recent order, 55 railcars, was sourced to Stakhaniv Wagon (SVGZ). Poltava Iron Ore currently has a transportation fleet of 605 railcars.
