Naftogaz pays Gazprom in full and in time for gas in April

Naftogaz of Ukraine’s press service announced yesterday that it has wired payment to Gazprom for natural gas supplied in April in full and on time, according to Interfax. As of the morning of May 6, various media outlets reported that Naftogaz had transferred USD 545 mln of the USD 625 mln required to make the payment. Naftogaz officials have said that the company received about 2.3 bln m3 of natural gas last month.
