VAB Bank to consider 64% charter fund increase

Yesterday VAB Bank announced that its shareholders will vote on 64% charter fund increase at the shareholder meeting on April 28. The bank plans to increase the charter fund from current UAH 393 mln to UAH 643 mln. The subscription will last from August 3 to October 30, 2009.
