Kolomoyskiy increases stake in JKX to over 17%

JKX Oil & Gas (JKX LN) announced yesterday via Regulatory News Service that Igor Kolomoyskiy has increased his stake in the company to 26,672,433 shares, which corresponds to 17.0353% of voting shares. The transaction was made on March 31, 2009. The JKX shares are held by Ralkon Commercial Ltd, 100% of which is held by Andriy Kyriacou on behalf of Kolomoyskiy.
