Pakko Holding could sell stake in company in 2-3 months

Pakko Holding (5CBA GR) announced in a press release that it is currently in negotiations and plans to sell a stake in the company in the next 2-3 months. The company plans to use the proceeds to examine the acquisition of a retail network in Western Ukraine. Pakko said that using already available sources it would open 4-5 new Vopak-branded supermarkets in 2009. In other news, on Friday Pakko reported that it opened a Vopak supermarket in the city of Shepetovka (Khmelnitsky region), its 88th store in Ukraine. According to Pakko, the store has five registers and has a total area of 950 m2 (560 m2 of retail space).
