Kolomoyskiy and Bogoliubov concentrate 10% stake in Ferrexpo

Ukrainian businessmen Igor Kolomoyskiy and Gennadiy Bogoliubov, who jointly control Privatbank, Ukraine’s largest bank, have concentrated more than 10% of Ferrexpo (FXPO LN), according to a Ferrexpo statement on Friday. Bogoliubov increased his stake in the company, held via Fayver Properties Inc. from 3.0029% to 3.1754%; Kolomoyskiy holds 6.8892% of Ferrexpo via Ralkon Commercial Ltd. Ferrexpo said on Friday that Fayver and Ralkon signed an agreement on March 18 to consolidate their voting rights in the company.
