Privatbank repays USD 200 mln syndicated loan

Privatbank said yesterday that it repaid a USD 200 mln syndicated loan it took in March 2008 at LIBOR+0.75% on time and in full. The credit facility was organized by Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, BayernLB and UniCredit. Privatbank was Ukraine’s #1 bank by assets as of February 1, according to the National Bank of Ukraine.
